We are truly grateful for the all the interest and support we have received from the local community since we started this journey over three years ago. Many of you, who have Cumberland Woods koozies which say “Opening Spring 2023”, know things have certainly not moved as quickly as we would have liked but on May 15th we finally cleared a significant hurdle with the approval of Cumberland Woods by the Brunswick County Board of Adjustment. With that approval we are now full steam ahead and plan to have the inaugural show at Cumberland Woods on Saturday May 17th 2025!

To date we have completed a significant amount of the ground work on the site. The parking area and venue area have been cleared and the grass is coming in nicely. The construction drawings for the main stage, bathroom facilities and concessions have been completed. Pending building permits we hope to begin construction of the main stage and other facilities in early to mid-October. The roadways have been cut in and paving will be completed late in the fall. If you didn’t see it, we were recently covered by the Wilmington Star News and WWAY News.
